What are the entry criteria?

Students must fulfil one of the following entry criteria:

• Bachelor degree
OR
• 3-5 years full time work experience (requires computer literacy)
OR
• 2 years related work experience
OR
• If you have less than two years related work experience, an additional relevant tertiary qualification (minimum AQF 6) is required. Even if this tertiary qualification is incomplete, you may still be eligible for entry depending on the circumstances.

Course rules

To qualify for the award of Graduate Certificate of Professional Data Analytics students must complete 50 credit points comprising of:

  • Four (4) units of study (12.5 credit points each)

Volume of Learning
The Graduate Certificate of Professional Data Analytics consists of a total of 4 units (50 credit points). Units normally carry 12.5 credit points (cps). In each standard teaching period, four (4) units normally constitute a full-time load of 50 credit
points and two (2) units normally constitute a part-time load of 25 credit points. The Volume of Learning for the Graduate Certificate of Professional Data Analytics is typically 6 months of full time study or equivalent.
