The Graduate Certificate of Professional Data Analytics consists of four units designed to equip you for a successful career as a data analyst or data scientist.
Your Graduate Certificate of Professional Data Analytics will culminate in an Organisational Growth and Innovation Capstone Project, a project-based unit in which you’ll have the opportunity to work in groups on a live project with employers like Xero to solve a real issue for the company. At the end of this unit, you’ll come away with a strong professional network, valuable workplace experience and project work that you can add to your data analyst portfolio or resume.

Entry requirements
Entry requirements
Students must fulfil one of the following entry criteria:
- Bachelor degree; or
- Three to five years full time work experience (requires computer literacy); or
- Two years related work experience; or
- If you have less than two years related work experience, an additional relevant tertiary qualification (minimum AQF 6) is required. Even if this tertiary qualification is incomplete, you may still be eligible for entry depending on the circumstances.

The estimated annual fee for this course is $14,840*. This is based on completing four 12.5 credit point units in one calendar year.
Commonwealth provided loans are available to assist eligible students to pay their course fees and there are a range of university, government and privately funded scholarships and prizes.

Course fees will be affected by a student’s unit selection and any credit awarded in recognition of previous academic experience.
This course is offered to domestic and offshore international students. Depending on your citizenship.
Domestic students also contribute to student services and amenities via an annual fee.
