Overview of the course
The Diploma of Business (Operations) will equip you with specialist knowledge in coordinating business projects.
You will learn to lead teams, identify marketing opportunities, develop administrative systems and manage budgets and financial plans. Your coursework will take you through the development of business plans and the management of business resources.
By the time you graduate, you will have strong critical and creative thinking skills and the confidence to actively engage with the management of an organisation.
Please note: If you complete the Course in Introductory Skills within six months, you gain automatic entry into the diploma. You will have two years from enrolment to complete the remaining units of the diploma. You are required to be self-directed in your learning and complete your coursework at a reasonable progression, so you can earn your qualification within this timeframe.
This course includes both graded (scored between 50–100) and ungraded (Competent or Not Yet Competent) units. Where grading is applied, this occurs over and above the determination of competency. The inclusion of grading occurs to allow articulation into higher education programs.
