An education degree from Swinburne Online provides the skills and experience needed to become a teacher and lead a classroom. With a combination of practical experience via on-the-job placements, coupled with flexible, online theoretical study, our pre-service teachers learn to implement innovative approaches to teaching and learning. Lead by experienced education professionals, using the latest technology, our students develop effective teaching techniques and activities that will engage and inspire your students.

Swinburne delivers six education degrees through Swinburne Online nationally. All Initial Teacher Education degrees are accredited by the Victorian Institute of Teaching and the Australian Institute of Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) and by ACECQA where Early Childhood is also a focus.

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood, 0–8 years) (in teach out)
• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Teaching, 0–5 years)
• Bachelor of Education (Primary, 5–12 years)
• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary, 0–12 years)
• Master of Teaching (Primary, 5–12 years)
• Master of Teaching (Secondary)
