Enrolment Policies

As an applicant of Swinburne Online:

You declare, to the best of your knowledge, that the information provided in your application is true, correct and complete and that any false information provided to the university may lead to the termination of your enrolment at any time.

You agree to be bound by the applicable standards of conduct, statutes, policies and procedures of the university, including any variations to these that the university makes from time to time.

You understand that:

  • Your personal information will be collected and used for the purposes set out in accordance with the Swinburne Online’s Privacy Collection Statement (Enrolment) which is available to be viewed on the University’s website.
  • The university will correspond with you by electronic means.
  • You will be removed from your course and cease to be enrolled with Swinburne Online if you do not access the Learning Management System by the fourth week of your first teaching period.

You understand that you are enrolling in a Swinburne Online course and are liable for all related unit fees outlined in your enrolment correspondence, unless you formally withdraw using the online form located on the Swinburne Online website.

You understand that you are required to make timely payments of any fees and if you do not pay your fees in full, you may not be able to sit exams and/or your enrolment may be cancelled.

You understand these conditions and agree to abide by them while you are a student enrolled at Swinburne Online.
