About this unit
This unit introduces students to the fundamental concepts of financial planning, as well as the practical methodologies and ethical considerations that underpin professional practice in the industry. Students will learn how to identify the salient economic details of an individual client’s circumstances in order to formulate an effective financial plan that aligns with a client’s financial goals. Financial planning strategies and processes will also be a core focus, along with the practical application of industry-standard financial planning technologies.
