About this unit

This unit of study exposes students to the full range of agile development methodologies and project management practices that are used in contemporary programming and development.

You will acquire skills in agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, and come to understand the pragmatic principles that underpin agile methodologies, including: continuous improvement, agile project management, and the enablement of business value.

As part of your study, you will also gain hands-on experience with a range of tools and products that support agile projects and programming and software development.
