What's the Hiring Process?

Our hiring process generally takes around three weeks – we like to put the time into making sure we get the right people, for the right job at the right time. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Step 1: Send in your application.
  • Step 2: We’ll call you for a short phone interview.
  • Step 3: We’ll arrange a time for your first in-person interview. You’ll meet with a member of our HR team and the manager of the position you’re applying for.
  • Step 4: Successful candidates will come in for a second interview with a member of our Leadership team and another manager.
  • Step 5: Straight after your second interview, you’ll have a peer catch up, where members from you potential new team will take you for coffee.
  • Step 6: You’ll be sent a Psychometric Assessment to complete at home. This test usually takes 3-4 hours and needs to be completed with no distractions.
  • Step 7: Once we have the results from your Psychometric Assessment we’ll contact two of your references.
  • Step 8: We’ll give you a call to let you know the outcome. If you’re successful, we’ll let you know what to expect next.
