This unit explores the concept of the user experience (UX) and the fundamental importance of comprehensive UX design practice that takes into account value proposition and service design, as well as foregrounding the people, culture, innovation, creativity and strategy.
You will cultivate your skills in design thinking and ideation, learning about how UX Design can be broken down into an iterative process. One that moves through stages of inspiration, ideation and implementation, and in fact extends much further.
