About this unit:
The larger a project, the greater the quantity of data involved, particularly at an organisational level. This unit explores the role of data and the issues that can emerge in data management, in the present as well as on an ongoing basis. Students will learn how to evaluate triage issues regarding technological infrastructure and how best to resolve these issues. This unit teaches students about a number of frameworks, methods and tools that ensure managing service delivery within an organisation is coherent and effective, and business impact can be effectively managed.
