How to enrol in a Swinburne Online unit
1. Make sure the unit is available for online study
Before enrolling in your online unit you need to make sure it’s available at Swinburne Online.
International students on a student visa (ESOS): As of 1 January 2018, you can only complete a maximum of one-third of your course online. If you exceed this limit, Swinburne will remove you from online unit(s) until you meet this requirement. Remember, you must always maintain a full-time study load across the year and in each compulsory study period for a course, you must be studying at least one unit that is not by distance or online learning See also: I’m an international student, what does one-third of my course look like?
2. Log in to My Enrolment
Log in as you usually would and make sure you select 2018 and All Locations.

3. Select a unit
Choose the unit you wish to enrol in and select the Swinburne Online teaching period you wish to study i.e. Teaching Period 1, 2 or 3.
It’s important that you check start dates, end dates and census dates for every unit you would like to enrol in as different teaching periods have different time frames. Check the Academic Calendar and Key Dates.

4.Tick enrol
Next, tick the Enrol checkbox (near the far right of the screen) beside each of the units that you wish to enrol into, then click the Enrol button at the bottom of the screen.
We’ll see you online!
