TAFE Support for Health

Feel supported 7 days a week

At Swinburne Online, we’re passionate about ensuring you feel supported all the way through your studies. Our support is designed specifically for Health students. You’ll be introduced to online study through an orientation unit in your online classroom, Canvas, and supported by Vocational Learning Advisors (VLAs) as you make your way through your units.

Our dedicated Student Advisors are available to answer your questions during extended hours, 7 days a week. We care about your success and providing you with the tools and resources to help you as you make your way through your course. From questions about your enrolment to technical support, we’re here for you.

Student Advisors are available:

8am–9pm Monday–Friday AEST or AEDT

10am–6pm on weekends AEST or AEDT

Support Team

You’re never alone, with your Student Advisors available 7 days a week to help you with academic writing, technical support, enrolment queries, workload management and research advice – or just to give you a pep talk if you are feeling overwhelmed.

VLAs

Your Vocational Learning Advisors (VLAs) are industry professionals who will guide you with unit-specific support and will provide feedback on your assessments to ensure you feel confident as you make your way through your course.

Orientation

Feel confident about starting your study journey with us by completing Orientation. We’ll introduce you to online study and explain how it works, how to access your units, where to view important information and how to set up your computer.
