Intelligent automation puts you in control of your greatest asset: your time.

Do you or your employees spend your days on repetitive business processes instead of groundbreaking projects or future-focused innovation?

What if you could put those routine tasks on autopilot? This course shows you how to use intelligent automation to free up time for high-value tasks, while guaranteeing consistency in repetitive process work.

  • Immerse yourself in course content that captures what’s happening in industry right now and where this field is heading in the future.
  • Connect with an industry experienced Online Learning Coach who will guide your understanding of the learning materials.
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement effective processes.
  • Consolidate your new skills with a one-on-one mentoring session with your Online Learning Coach at the end of the course.
  • No previous automation knowledge required.

To enrol or for more information, call a dedicated Course Consultant on 1300 286 570.

What will I learn?

  • Which automation technologies and applications are available to you, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and chatbots.
  • How to identify automation opportunities within a business or organisation.
  • How to communicate the benefits and ROI of intelligent automation to key stakeholders.
  • How to prepare for, and successfully manage, the transition to automation.
  • How to assess and respond to the technical, social and ethical challenges of automation and bots.

How will I learn?

Micro units allow you to study when it’s convenient for you. While you’ll need to start and finish the unit at the same time as fellow participants, it’s up to you how and when you complete the content in between. As a general guide, we recommend you allocate 4-6 hours to your micro unit each week.

We’ve recruited industry experts as our dedicated Online Learning Coaches. They’ll guide you through the course and give you industry insights you can’t find anywhere else. You’ll cover case studies and stories from real business situations, and extra content will be available if you want to explore topics in more depth. In your final assessment, you’ll apply what you’ve learned in a professional context that’s relevant to you.

What will I get?

You may want to do a micro unit for general learning without the pressure of assessment. That’s fine – micro units are all about making study work for you.

  • If you complete the course material and pass the final assessment, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion recognising the skills and knowledge you’ve gained.
  • If you complete enough of the course material, but not the final assessment, you’ll still receive a Certificate of Participation.
