Overview of the course

The Graduate Certificate of Management (Workplace Transformation) is designed for high-performing individuals who want to lead their teams into the future world of work. In 2020, we changed how we work and lead. Now more than ever, we need professionals with the skills to increase business capability and push the traditional boundaries.

The course will introduce you to a multi-disciplinary body of knowledge to build your management and leadership practice. You will develop strategic perspectives on how organisations work and how technology can be used to transform the workplace. You will build your capability to seek new opportunities and create solutions using design briefs. And best of all, you’ll gain the skills needed to become a leader in an evolving workplace. For students who wish to study further, students can use their completed study as a stepping stone into the Master of Business Administration (MBA).

This course attracts the National Priority Short Courses funding for units completed prior to 1st of December, at $625 each. If you’re eligible, after the 1st of December any study you undertake in this course will be with a Commonwealth Supported Place.  You can also apply to defer your payments via the HECS-HELP loan scheme.
