What are placements?

When you study an education degree you complete practicum units that include theory and professional experience, also called a placement. Your placement will provide you with a real-life teaching experience at an early learning centre or primary school. This will give you the chance to apply the skills you’ve learnt online, build your confidence in the classroom, and gain invaluable industry experience.
