Collaborate, share or download your mind map

You can invite other users to work with you on your mind map. When you’re done, you can download a copy of your mind map, or you can share it online so others can view it.

Work with others

If you want to collaborate with other people, you can invite them to work on the mind map with you. Click the + icon at the top of the page, then enter their email address and click Send

They’ll receive an invitation to access the mind map. Once they accept it, they’ll be able to view and edit the mind map. You’ll also see another coloured circle at the top of the page, representing the different users who can work on the mind map.

If the people you invite are not registered for Coggle.it, they’ll need to sign up before they can view or edit the mind map. If they’ve signed up but aren’t logged in, they’ll be required to log in before they can work on the mind map with you.
